SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Description
When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. Messages may include quote responses, cross-marketing notifications, flash-sale events, real-time service inquiries, appointment scheduling, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-up information.
2. Program Frequency
You can expect to receive 5–15 messages per month from us depending on responses and if you are a current customer.
3. Opt-Out
You may discontinue service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a confirmation SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again or text “START.”
4. Help
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP.” Direct assistance is also available by calling us at the number listed on our website.
5. Interruption
Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Costs
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
